This workshop will cover the basics of seedsaving focusing on annual and biennial food plants. We'll identify self-pollinators and cross-pollinators, and talk about the best seeds to start saving. We'll discuss the easiest seeds to save in small gardens and why, and how to harvest, dry and store seed. We will clean some seed. Based on the booklet, The 5 Levels of Seed Saving.
5 Levels of Seed Saving booklets will be available for purchase for $6.
Advanced workshop from 11-12:30. Each workshop limited to 20 participants.
