Westside Food Festival
In collaboration with other organizations, VV hosts the annual Westside Food Festival. The festival consists of over 100 free & low cost activities and workshops throughout the westside.
Locations of events include McBride park, West Point Grey Community Centre, VV community gardens and elsewhere on the westside.
Events include seed packet parties, plant/DIY planter box/seed and Native Bee House giveaways, Grow Your Own Microgreens workshop, garden launch/garden work parties.
The Westside Food Festival is one of six elements in VV's Community Food Resilience project and is our largest event of the year.
