Event Description

Come learn about all the tasty plants that happily grow in our climate without any human intervention! We'll cover first nations favourites as well as some introduced but naturalized species. Instructor: Grant Watson.

WENFN March Potluck precedes the workshop. VV will have a seed library present from noon-2. ; bring some seeds to swap, if you'd like.

Watch for additional WENFN workshops, potlucks and other activities at WECC and Gordon Neighbourhood House.

Ongoing: Food Scrap Drop Spots -- every Tuesday from 6-7:30 pm and Saturday from 10-noon @Gordon Neighbourhood House and every Saturday from 10-noon @WECC.

I'm so sorry to keep missing the WENFN events. I will be in Bellingham for a grandkid's birthday party. I'd love to learn about native edibles and share the Potluck. If there are any handouts, would someone get some for me, please? Thanks, Ross, and all, for the great work!
