Event Description

The SPEC Urban Farmer Field School is a new social enterprise/environmental education initiative to bring local food and agriculture awareness to Vancouver, BC. Students of the 6-month program will learn the ins-and-outs of urban agriculture, community environmental stewardship, and business planning, while greening the face of the city with new front yard food gardens.  The program is set to launch in April 2012.
