Learn about the eight plant families the majority of garden vegetables fall into, in this Westside Neighbourhood Food Network workshop with Karen Ageson from Farmers on 57th. Knowing plant families & their characteristics simplifies garden planning and plant identification, as well as pest, disease and soil health management. We'll have the West Point Grey Village Vancouver Community Seed Library present - pick up some free seeds for your garden, swap or donate seeds. Advanced registration recommended.
