Practicing Health Coaching utilizing mindfulness, holistic approach, and other strategies is a special calling and sacred mission to her. She believes natural foods can be a powerful ally in healing, preventing chronic disease, and aging well, and loves to help women transform into the “best version of themselves” in body, mind, heart, soul, and spirit.
