Drop off your clean plastics at our free monthly recycling depot.

1. Soft Plastics (i.e. any plastic bags, wraps, or packaging)
2. Hard Plastics (i.e.any hard plastics #1 thru #7, but w/metal parts etc. removed)
3. Styrofoam (white)
4. Styrofoam (other colours)
5. Foam Blocks (non-styrofoam) (new category)
6. Packing Foam Chips and Peanuts (new category)
7. Mixed Paper (new category)
8. Foil (also known as composite)
9. Bottle Caps (new category)
+++Wax lined beverage containers are no longer accepted at the depot - these can go in the blue box.
Sort your stuff before you come to the depot and arrive no later than 6:45. (Please note that we can't accept anything before 6 pm.)
Location: In the patio outside of the south entrance to the community centre, immediately north of 12th and Larch.
The depot is supported by a Greenest City Neighbourhood Small Grant from the City of Vancouver and the Vancouver Foundation, administered by Kits Neighbourhood House. Thanks also to Village Vancouver and Westside Neighbourhood Food Network for their support.
