    Hi Jael, good to meet you! Alas, I myself just moved from Grandview Woodland to the West End, but I highly recommend the monthly Commercial Drive potlucks and skill shares on the third Thursday of every month (sign up to the mailing list for reminders on the Grandview Woodland Village page). Also, if you are interested in getting some community going on your block, you may be interested in this placemaking course that Village Vancouver is organising: www.citycommonsvancouver.ca.
