In which Vancouver neighbourhood or other community do you live?

Please tell us which areas of Transition interest you. I belong to the Woodland Community Garden and have been involved with gardening and the arts for decades. Many years ago belonged to the community garden along the Kitsilano rail corridor when I lived in Kits.

There's a saying that "Transition is not a spectator sport". It's true! Village Vancouver runs on people power, and engaging in activities and projects together helps us accomplish more. Which groups, networks, neighbourhood villages, or projects do you think you might be interested in getting involved with? And what knowledge, skills, resources or other assets can you bring to the mix? (Don't be bashful!)

I have great admin skills, teaching (art, music, yoga) and am good at connecting/networking people with similar interests in the arts and gardening communities across the city.

What would you like to see improved in Vancouver or in your community regarding sustainability or resiliency? Do you have an idea for a new Transition project or activity?

Well housing affordability is a big one - would be great to see alternative housing rather to just luxury development sigh. I find smaller communities and other countries are not segregated by age like Vancouver - kids and older people stuck together I think this could be improved in Vancouver communities somehow.
