In this Village Vancouver workshop, you'll learn to create home-made fruit "soda pop" from water kefir starter culture -- from creating the initial mixture to filtering and bottling it. The result is a highly carbonated, dry, healthful fruit soda. You'll get to sample the finished product, and take home your own kefir starter grains with printed instructions. Bring a small, leak-proof jar for your grains. Instructor: Alyssa Kohlman.
