Event Description

Are you troubled by the growing inequality in our society?  Are you interested in helping to create a more sustainable, just and equal world?  Join us on Monday, June 13 to explore this topic with award-winning writer and journalist Linda McQuaig and a number of local presenters including Peter Prontzos (Langara College), Ben West (Wilderness Committee), Karen Cooling (Communication, Energy and Paperworkers Union of Canada), Tom Sandborn (activist and journalist), Brendan Chan and Cassandra Ly (Windermere High School students) and John Restakis (BC Cooperative Association).

Linda will hold a special session with youth and young adults! High-school students and young adults are encouraged to come.  

Fee: $50/ $25 for students/low income, or pay what you can. No one will be turned away.
