Event Description

A self guided tour of ten private and distinct gardens and as a bonus, access to the Secret Garden of Boundary Bay via the architect’s own private garden.
The garden tour will be the first hosted by the club in 12 years and replaces the annual plant sale as the main fundraiser. Funds raised are used to supplement activities for the Garden Club, as well as to provide ongoing support at the hospital gardens and other local initiatives. The garden club has donated to the new Delta School District Farm Roots program, the Ladner Community Garden, the Tsawwassen Secret Garden, the Green Thumbs program at the Delta Hospital Residential Care Unit, the Healing Garden at Delta Hospital, and the Memorial Garden at Delta Secondary School.
