Event Description

Join WE Neighbourhood Food Network and Village Vancouver for our 1st monthly family friendly gathering of the year. Bring something yummy and share some good food and conversation with neighbours. We'll have a seed library there - you can get some free seeds for your garden, or swap or donate seeds or plants. This month the potluck mini-workshop will discuss Finding the best seeds for your garden.

The Food Network's WE Urban Garden Club meets from 2:30-3:30 after the potluck/workshop. Join us in exploring possibilities for creating a new community garden and other gardening spaces in the West End - this month's theme is Tending Our Gardens - What worked and what didn't work during the last growing season. We'll also hear from our WeBee and Seed Savers groups, and discuss potential new workshops and activities. All ages welcome!

Register: #88025 WECC 604.257.8333 or Community Potluck, or in person. Enrol separately for Garden Club #88033.
