Join Sara at Vancouver's new Balance Yoga Studio

for a relaxing and energizing All Levels Hatha Yoga class

 

When - Friday's: 6:00-7:15 pm

Where - Balance Studio: 4338 Main St (at 28th Ave) Vancouver BC

Cost - By Donation in February

 

This class is designed for all levels of yoga students who will find the class both challenging and relaxing. We will practice a variety of postures including the sun and moon salutation series. In class Sara demonstrates how to safely get in and out of each pose while providing a variety of modifications to enable all body types to participate.
