Randy Chatterjee said… I hope your research is going well. I just put 8 solar panels on my 92-year-old house...a great fit, the new and the old. Total cost, just under $4,500, and largely because the older construction made it so easy. My energy bills have been cut by more than half, not a huge savings and financial payback will still take more than a decade, but it's a start.
