At the website, go to the Village tab and scroll down to Kits Village and click on it. Look for the Join this Group link kind of in the upper right hand portion of the page. (You need to be signed in to see this.)
If for some reason this isn't working for you, let me know - I can also send you an invitation to join KIts Village, and you can join that way.
You can also do this for any VV group. For instance, if you have interests around food, we're encouraging members to join the Food Network.
