Come celebrate our beautiful planet! Bring your family, friends, dogs, cats, decorate your bike, create banners or dress up in costumes honoring the winged, whiskered and finned. Village Vancouver will hand out 1000 folded cranes in support of creating global, legal protection against ecological destruction. See eradicating ecocide. - Pretty much all of the above and I would add helping the broader community to wake up.
- There's a saying that "Transition is not a spectator sport". It's true! Village Vancouver runs on people power, and engaging in activities and projects together helps us accomplish more. Which groups, networks, neighbourhood villages, or projects do you think you might be interested in getting involved with? And what knowledge, skills, resources or other assets can you bring to the mix? (Don't be bashful!)
