Village Convenors Gatherings/Starting a Transition Village
Our first Village convenors gathering is on Thursday, April 8th. Convenors from all Transition villages will be participating, including Cedar Cottage, Dunbar, Grandview Woodland, Main Street, Kitsilano, and Strathcona, as well as Transition Richmond.
There's been a fair amount of interest in Transition Villages in other neighbourhoods , and we're currently looking at the potential for starting new villages in a number of neighbourhoods.
Anyone - neighbourhood groups (formal or informal), neighbours, individuals - who is interested in exploring how to form a Transition Village is welcome to contact us at ross@villagevancouver.ca.

West End Community Potluck/WE Urban Garden Club (3rd Sundays West End Community Centre, in July and August 4th Thursdays - July 22nd and August 26th.
