Did you miss the gathering for Cedar Cottage and are still interested in discussing the formation of a local seed collective in Strathcona, or in general?  Or did you have so much fun at that meeting that you can't wait for the next?

Then come to the first Strathcona Seed Savers Collective!

the meeting will start around 10ish, and will go to 12ish. Bring some vegetarian nibblies to share at this potluck. Beverages will be available. I would appreciate a reply by Jan.22nd so I can email you all the necessary contact info. Thanks. Kids are more than welcome as I will have both of mine there.  Hope to see you soon!!

Hey Alexis,

Andrew is on a 10 day meditation retreat until the 15th or 16th. Needless to say, no email access, so I imagine he'll contact you when he gets back.

Great Idea!!

I'll compose something and send it over to you.  Are you hitting the playgroup anytime soon?  I'll bring the kidlets and we can chat.

Hi Alexis,

If you would like to have flyers about the 29th at the Strathcona workshops, just send me a copy of a flyer with all the info that you want on it and I will duplicate it and put them on the tables at the beginning of each workshop.

Thanks,

jamie

No Ross I haven't heard from him.  But hopefully will soon.

So the 29th it is.  Anyone attending tomorrow is also more than welcome on the 29th as well.  We will most likely be covering the same ground as we're all in the starting up process, but the more the merrier and information from you're meeting would be valuable to anyone coming on the 29th.

Thanks for understanding Celia, have a great meeting!!

The 29th is wide open. Have you heard from Andrew?

VV's Winter Cultivating Food, Cultivating Community series starts this Sunday at Strathcona, including workshops on the 9th, 11th, 23rd, and 25th, and we can tell people about the collective at all of them.

And Celia, thanks for the invite to bring Isabel, but I have a 6mos old as well and would not be able to participate in any discussion with my attention divided between the two.  At least at my house I have all the necessary means with which to distract and entertain them! ;)
