Why is stress a problem? How does it impact your health? In this Westside Neighbourhood Food Network workshop for women with Emily Hsu, we'll examine how we experience STRESS and how our autonomic nervous system responds to it, and explore how you can tame your STRESS to optimize your digestive and metabolic activities.
