"Sitting at our back doorsteps, all we need to live a good life lies about us. Sun, wind, people, buildings, stones, sea, birds and plants surround us. Cooperation with all these things brings harmony."
- Bill Mollison

Gaiacraft Presents :
Southern British Columbia Urban-Rural
Permaculture Design Certification Course

http://www.gaiacraft.com/gaiacraft-courses/category/permaculture-design-certifications

We are joyed to announce Gaiacraft's sixteenth Permaculture Design Certification Course. This low cost, ultra flexible program meets one day a month for 14 months. Co -taught by a dynamic male - female teaching team, there is a sunday and a monday course which are staggered so that people can bounce between classes for ease of flow. The program is modular and there is no time limit to complete the certificate. Missed classes can be done at no extra cost with any of our other classes. By jumping between classes it is possible to do all the units in the Vancouver Area or all the units on the Sunshine Coast.

Gather together with conscious and creative people to do a unique, low-cost, flexibly scheduled Permaculture Design Course. Meeting once a month over fourteen months, the class caters anyone who wants to learn permaculture in a creative way but cannot afford the cost or intensive time commitment of other courses including lower-income families, students, youth and people for who are called permaculture but have been struggling to find a course that fits their life.

Join this adventure in learning as it journeys to eco-locations like the Heart Gardens, Forest Atrium, Rolling Earth, Country Haven, Backyard Bounty, Compost Education Center, Loutet Farm, UBC Farm, Sole Food, Old Growth Forest sites and the properties of students who want to host. The Sunday course will meet most of the time on the Sunshine Coast, the Monday course will meet much more often in Greater Vancouver. By jumping between classes it is possible to do the entire class in the Vancouver area or the entire class on the Sunshine Coast.

The course is very flexible with busy lives and organized modularly. If you miss a class you can jump in on the the same module in a different class at no extra cost. We meet one day a month from March 2015 and run to May 2016. We will run a Sunday and a Monday class staggered so if you miss a day you have a chance to do the same module with the other group. This also opens the option for those from further afield to do two days in a row every second month. There is no time limit to complete the course and if you miss any classes you can do them in the future with other groups at no extra cost.

Delvin and Kym form a dynamic and creative male/ female teaching team offering many perspectives on Permaculture Design.

The course is $555.

payment plans
full payment in Seedstock or Delvish Dollars accepted
organic farmers can do food exchange

All proceeds go towards basic course costs and paying for Delvin and Kym's permaculture education.
