We turn the fine art of making fresh pasta by hand into child’s play.
As the parent of a child in one of our childrens’ workshops said, “Dear Foodwisdom, My son Thomas, in Ms. Johanne’s Grade 2 class, will not cease asking me to make fresh pasta at home. He says he knows how. He says it’s delicious. Please be so kind as to forward the recipe and instructions.”
The organic whole spelt used is from Anita’s Mill.
Foodwisdom is a family run social enterprise that delivers food literacy programs in schools and the community at large.Foodwisdom works to preserve traditional food skills and improve access to whole, nutrient-dense foods. To find out more please visit foodwisdom.ca.
