Learn to lacto-ferment vegetables using fresh, peak of season local produce in this free Village Vancouver workshop. Probiotic, raw, vegan, and Paleo-friendly. Create the fermentation and take home a jar seasoned with your own custom spice mixture. Wear clothes you don't mind preparing food in. Please bring a wide-mouth 500mL jar, cutting board, large knife, kitchen scissors, and large bowl or tub if you're able to, and wear clothes you don't mind preparing food in. $7 materials fee.
