Event Description

Industrial farming poses a threat to small scale farming, has reduced varieties of food grown and has produced new strains of fruits and vegetable that are resistant to drought, pesticides, and herbicides. Their long-term impact on human health is not fully known. Discuss these challenges with SFU's Dr. Ramesh Krishnamurti.
