The most abundant time of the year is upon us! Let the freshest ingredients of the season inspire you and create your menu! Focusing more on techniques than recipe empowers you to get creative! This class is about intuitive cooking; freeing yourself from recipes (or using them as loose guidelines) so you can move with ease at the farmer’s market and in the kitchen.
You will be participating in making the menu around what is available to get a peek at how you can do flexible menu planning at home.
In this class, learn:
Limitless dressing and salad composition to create any warm or cold salad that your imagination and taste buds desire.
Simple, local, seasonal main course: seasonal
squash stuffed with spiced autumn veggies.
Poached fruit dessert
“There is enough for all. The earth is a generous mother; she will provide in plentiful abundance food for all her children if they will but cultivate her soil in justice and in peace.”- Bourke Coerkan
