Many cultures have gluten-free* flatbreads. These recipes are quick and healthy. In this class, you will be learning about gluten-free alternative flours.
We will be enjoying these flatbreads with various fillings and learning variations of them for quick dinner ideas. In this class you will learn to make:
Socca – chickpea crepes from southeastern France (gluten, dairy and egg-free) quick almond ‘ricotta’ and winter greens.
Quick and easy chickpea ‘bread’
Dosa – a versatile fermented lentil and rice crepe from India (gluten, dairy and egg-free) with masala potato filling
Uttapum: Use your fermented dosa batter to make all-in-one pancakes! Chutney recipe included.
