Quick, easy and versatile healthy meals! with Andrea Potter

( dairy-free (option), egg-free, veggie, wheat-free)

Many cultures have gluten-free* flatbreads. These recipes are quick and healthy. In this class, you will be learning about gluten-free alternative flours.

We will be enjoying these flatbreads with various fillings and learning variations of them for quick dinner ideas. In this class you will learn to make:

  • Socca – chickpea crepes from southeastern France (gluten, dairy and egg-free) quick almond ‘ricotta’ and winter greens.

  • Quick and easy chickpea ‘bread’

  • Dosa – a versatile fermented lentil and rice crepe from India (gluten, dairy and egg-free) with masala potato filling

  • Uttapum: Use your fermented dosa batter to make all-in-one pancakes! Chutney recipe included.

*Please note that radha kitchen is not a designated gluten-free kitchen, so contamination is possible. We do however take precautions.
