Event Description
Make sure that you have the right documents and the right people in place to speak on your behalf in a health crisis. Learn how a Representation Agreement protects your wishes for health and personal care if you become unable to express yourself due to serious illness or injury. You will come out of the presentation knowing where to get forms, what to consider when making your Agreement, and where to turn for support and information. No registration required.
