Event Description

As anyone who's ever gardened before knows, pests can be sometimes a real problem in the garden (and can be particularly discouraging if you're a new gardener). In this joint Village Vancouver - WENFN WE Urban Garden Club workshop with Jess Henry from Farmers on 57th, you'll learn various techniques for minimizing and eliminating harmful pests from your food garden. We'll have a community seed library present - pick up some free seeds for your garden, swap or donate seeds.

Cost: $13. Free for Seniors (50 and over).

Register: #199953 WECC 604.257.8333 or Vancouver Recreation https://ca.apm.activecommunities.com/vancouver/Activity_Search/pests-who-s-eating-my-lettuce-what-to-do-abt-it/197027 or in person.
