VERY IMPORTANT for Village is the opportunity that MAY be afforded to The Main Street Neighbourhood Village and the Seed to Sky Society to manage large new community garden AND collaborative garden spaces, each several thousand square feet. We would like very much--with YOUR HELP--to grow as much food as possible in these spaces, build community, and teach permaculture here. We need lots of involvement from the Main Street 'Hood, as this is our baby, but Villagers from all over who have an interest in helping to farm nearly a half acre of space in total, are encouraged to attend this Open House and join in the true re-greening of Vancouver.
