Event Description
Following a great first meeting the Macy Mondays will continue indefinitely on the first Monday of each month unless otherwise stated. We will be doing a range of exercises from Joanna Macy's book 'Coming Back to Life'. As before, the group will be limited to 15 and regular attendees will be given priority although if there is space we welcome new people! Please call or email for address details. Thanks
