Event Description
Join us at our KV October potluck for a scrumptious Thanksgiving dinner.
Sit down dinner, everyone welcome, but limited space!
Saturday, Oct 12 update: We're now at maximum capacity. Have a great Thanksgiving everyone!
The kitchen will be open starting at 2:30 pm for anyone who wants to come by and prepare their food in the company of others and/or help with setup.
We'll eat around 5, and everyone's welcome to hang out afterwards. (Collaborative cleanup!) We could also use some help cleaning up the next day.
Please contact Laura Lee Coles at coleslauralee@gmail.com to coordinate a dish, (and if you can help with setup on Saturday or Sunday, or cleanup Monday). For example: mashed potatoes, yams, green salad, fruit salad, rolls, cranberry sauce, green veggies, pumpkin pie, and apple pie.
We're suggesting a $5 or $6 donation/person to cover the cost of free range turkey and tofurkey.
Please RSVP here or to KVthanksgiving@villagevancouver.ca for location, and email Laura Lee regarding your turkey-tofurkey preference and to coordinate a dish.
