Event Description

Learn about home sprouting and enjoy dishes prepared by the passionate, knowledgeable, and friendly J.P and Katherine of New Fangled Organics! Enjoy easy-to-follow instructions, simple recipes, and tasty samples as you learn to incorporate basic sprouting into your life. This workshop was held in October 2011 and sold out!!

Workshop will cover:
- Nutritional & economic benefits of sprouting
- Basic sprouting methods for grains, legumes, nuts & seeds
- How to incorporate sprouts into your daily life with ease
- Lots of delicious samples and recipes to get you started

Phone: 604.707.0088 (Eternal Abundance)
Investment: $30/person + HST. This includes sprouting jar and organic seeds for home, and lots of fresh samples! Pre-registration required with a 50% deposit. Register in person at Eternal Abundance or over the phone.

Newfangled Organics is a project of J.P. Bertaina and Katherine OBlock. Besides their regular workshops on sprouting J.P. and Katherine also produce dehydrated vegetable hemp and flax crackers.
