Smoothies are healthy, delicious and kids love them too! Join registered dieititian, Reanne Price, in this kid-friendly workshop and learn new recipes and tips that will have you making smoothies all summer long! Even individuals with multiple allergies will find a recipe that works for them...come check it out!
In the children's program this week, we will be helping our parents make smoothies, enjoying circle time and having fun outside.
About this program: Hastings Seasons of Food regularly meets up weekly - each week features a different theme centering on gardening, cooking or preserving. $5/session and childminding included!
Morning sessions run 9:30am - Noon and evening sessions run 6 - 8:30pm.
