Microgreens grow quickly and are perfect to have on hand in the kitchen – they make delicious additions to salads, sandwiches, smoothies, soups and sauces. Learn how to go beyond “alfalfa” and enjoy a wide variety of nutritious, truly “home-grown” veggies and herbs. Participants will take home handouts with tips and resources, as well as sprouting seeds to start growing in their microgreen mini farms.
