Come learn about how to best create your own 'black gold' and to find answers to all your burning questions regarding compost!
Spring Gillard worked for 15 years with City Farmer as a Compost Hotline Operator – and subsequently wrote a book about the experience (Diary of a Compost Hotline Operator, Edible Essays on City Farming - check it out!). She has also been involved and engaged in numerous food and urban farming projects throughout the city - we are really excited to have her lead this workshop!! For more info check out her blog: http://www.compostdiaries.com/.
