Designed for simplicity and depth, this course looks at 1 medicine plant each month for 8 months, balancing time in the field with the Living Plants and time in the kitchen working the raw material into creative and usable remedies.
This class is great for anyone wanting to develop or deepen their relationship with local plants, make their own herbal medicines and/or treat their family and friends. All are welcome! Whether they are ‘herb students’, parents, childcare workers, or ‘regular folks’.

i'm not so techie and can't find how to take this off the events list. this years class is full and well underway.
But i thought I'd put this little to in invite folks to be thinking about next year. This class will continue to be offered as the Urban Herb School grows and adapts to an herbal life in the city.
be well,

If you have to leave your village, how will you get where you want to go? By car? Preferably not, both for your wallet and the earth’s sake. This category is for all discussions relating to how we all get around.
