!Hola! Salut! Hello!

I am teaching a dance class (Zumba), which is going to be a WorlDANCE!!! class mixing Latin American, African, Carribbean, Middle Eastern, South Asian and Rock and Rock with freestyle moving.
When:at UBC on Tuesday and Thursday mornings,
8-9am
Where: at the Student Recreation Centre by the main bus loop on the UBC campus.

YOGA:

Farah Shroff

About the Instructor: Farah has been dancing and practising yoga most of her life. She has trained with many accomplished teachers and continues to learn. She likes to make her classes exhilarating, relaxing and enjoyable. She is committed to participant-centred classes and welcomes feedback and suggestions for improvement at all times. She also works at UBC part time in the Faculty of Medicine as researcher and educator.
