Hi everyone, I will have quite a bit of carrots, beets, garlic and cabbage available at the workshop by donation, if you don't have time to pick up your own veggies. See you there!

It is also fine to just bring yourself and learn. :-)

If you DO want to make some ferment at the workshop, please also bring a cutting board if you have a portable one and knives/graters. In addition to cabbage and daikon radish, root veggies, Asian veggies and of course onion and garlic are great to ferment. You can also put apples in your ferment (especially with cabbage).
