WHAT: Fundraising reception and premier Vancouver screening of The Apple Pushers – an award-winning, thought provoking film about important issues affecting our food system. The movie follows immigrant street vendors rolling fresh fruits and vegetables into marginalized neighborhoods in New York as part of that city’s Green Cart Initiative.
